Please note fees outlined are charged on a daily basis.
When deliverying or picking up your pets from the Gold Coast Tweed Pet Resort directly, pets are to be collected before 12noon Monday – Saturday. Additional charges apply when pets collected after 12noon.
We charge a full day’s fee for pets collected on a Sunday.
Current C5 Vaccination for Dogs must be faxed or emailed prior to check in.
Current C3 Vaccination for Cats must be faxed or emailed prior to check in
Bookings to be made by 6pm the day prior to arriving at the Shuttle lounge.
Payment is to be made at this time.
A minimum of 7 day booking is required during the Christmas to New Year period (no discounts)
Christmas booking needs to be confirmed by November (including full payment. If no confirmation the bookings will be cancelled.
